but it's obvious that sleep doesn't miss me.
for the past few nights, i've been having a really hard time falling asleep. it happened 2 nights in a row, then i decided to take some medicine to help me sleep. that worked for that night, and the next night i was able to fall asleep pretty easily as well. but last night i just couldn't fall asleep.
i go to bed around 10, and normally fall right asleep. but these past few nights i just end up lying in bed trying to fall asleep for hours. i finally fall asleep around 1. and i hate it.
i just think i want to sleep but i can't fall asleep. it sucks.
i really don't drink any caffeine. if i do, it's in the morning and not at night. i've learned that if i drink anything with caffeine in it after lunch, i usually have a hard time falling asleep that night.
i think i just have a lot on my mind and can't get my brain to stop. i try to stop thinking, but i can't.
and i'm just ready to sleep again!!
this hasn't happened to me before, and i don't really know what to do. i'm fine if i have a hard time falling asleep once a month. but 3 times in a week? no thank you.
hopefully i'll figure something out...soon. and maybe sleep will realize it misses me too and will come back.

I had that problem a few months ago. It took me forever to fall asleep...I started taking B12 vitamins and it has helped me tremendously!

Awww! I hope you can get some sleep soon. How aggravating!
