some of my favorite pics of addison & a giveaway!

a little while ago, i had a photo shoot with addison. i was looking for the perfect picture to put on my new header for my blog.

since addison moves around a lot, it can be hard to get a good picture of her. i've been reading about how to take great pictures, and i read that you should try to never use your flash.

so, my goal was to not use the flash on the camera. once i started not using the flash, some of the pictures would come out blurry. i then realized that the flash freezes the picture, so it's not blurry. so even if addison was moving, it wouldn't be blurry. but without the flash, it was a big blurry mess.

i was able to get some good pictures of addison, though. i just had to keep taking them. i think i took about 25 pictures, and i only got 3 that i liked. but that's fine! it was fun, and i'm becoming a better photographer!

i don't know what the deal is with addison opening her mouth like that. she's goofy. i wish you could hear what she was saying when she does her mouth that way. it's really funny.

and this is by far my favorite picture that i took. it's actually one of my all time favorites of addison.

addison cut her 6th tooth recently. she has 2 on top and 4 on the bottom. and i think she's working on her 7th. but she doesn't really like me looking in her mouth, so i don't really get to see what's going on in there. i think i saw another one coming in, but i could be wrong.
